Overview
These records capture carbon dioxide and methane exchange at three wetland field stations. The series is published to make seasonal patterns, restoration trajectories and the limits of plot-level observation easier to inspect.
The records include both raw station measurements and a small number of derived daily summaries. The data dictionary identifies which variables have been gap-filled and which remain as observed.
Method
Flux measurements are collected by automated chambers and checked against manual field observations. Timestamps are normalised to UTC, sensor downtime is preserved as missing data, and daily summaries are generated only when the minimum coverage threshold is met.

Known limitations
Coverage differs between stations and seasons. The series is suitable for comparative research, but not for estimating the carbon budget of an entire estuary without additional scaling data.
